Social networking is a method to link communities of people together in some fashion, usually by software. The software, though varies from network to network usually gives users the ability to share and upload photos, videos and bookmarks, blog, message friends, link with or make new friends.

Launched in August of 2000, Haboo is a social networking site aimed at teenagers. It features graphical chat areas with an isometric view, and user pages are linked to these areas to allow users to freely share content and create forums.
